Tom graduated from the College of Osteopaths with a first class honours degree and has clinical experience working within the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
His approach to all patients consists of empathy and understanding and he works collaboratively with each patient to reach their goals, whether that is pain free movement or for an upcoming sporting event . His goal is to get you the best possible results on the day using the latest research and techniques. He is a strong believer in hands on treatment combined with exercise rehab for long lasting results.
Treatments can include advanced muscle therapy, joint manipulations, osteopathic stretching techniques and shockwave therapy.
Tom is an active individual who regularly attends his local gym and local tennis club and he has a keen interest in many sports. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Meet Lukas
(Registered Osteopath)

Lukas McDonald holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from Swansea University,
with experience working in sporting, NHS, and private healthcare settings. He is
passionate about helping people move better, reduce pain, and regain confidence in
their bodies.
Lukas has particular interests in nutrition, functional fitness and rehabilitation. His approach to care is holistic, looking at each person as a whole
rather than just their symptoms. He combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with
tailored exercise and rehabilitation plans, ensuring that every patient receives a
treatment plan specifically designed to meet their individual needs.
Patient education is a central component of Lukas’s practice. He aims not only to
relieve symptoms but to empower people with the knowledge and tools to manage
their own recovery and achieve long-term wellness. Whether you are recovering
from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance your overall fitness and
movement, Lukas works collaboratively with each patient to help them achieve their
goals.

Rudina holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy (First Class Honours) from Swansea
University and practises at an advanced musculoskeletal level. She has extensive
experience managing complex MSK conditions, neurological presentations, persistent pain, and age-related functional decline. She has been recognised for her outstanding contribution to the Osteopathic Community in acknowledgment of her professional impact and leadership.
Her approach is patient-centred, evidence-based, and grounded in a holistic
osteopathic framework. She carries out thorough assessments including detailed case histories, orthopaedic testing, neurological screening, and clinical reasoning to tailor personalised diagnoses and treatment plans for each patient.
Rudina has interests in spinal pathologies, headaches including migraines, and
women’s health. She combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with personalised
rehabilitation and movement strategies to support long-term outcomes and empower patients in their recovery.
She is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest
standards of safe, ethical, and effective care.
